Week 2 Recap: Laundry Room / JC Reno Challenge

Week 2 is officially in the books and VOTING STARTS TODAY! If you missed week 1, you can read that post here! Week 2 was all about paint and tile. And when I say paint, I mean PAINT. We painted the ceiling, the walls, and the crown THE SAME COLOR! I know there are some skeptics out there, but I promise I’ll win you over in the end. The color we chose for the space is Retreat by SW, it is a moody grayish green and is exactly what I pictured for the space.

After the paint was complete, we moved onto the floor tile. We chose a gorgeous 6x12 Carrara marble from Jeffrey Court for the floor. I know this is a bit of a risk being right off of the garage, but it was a risk I was willing to take. :) We also chose a marble mosaic for the backsplash, I can’t wait for you to see that next week.
